Memberships are currently available to all property owners in the Sunset Ridge neighborhood. Membership entitles members to use the Sunset Oaks Activity Center, South Pool Complex, and the North Aquatic Center. There is a non-resident category. I began my career as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker in Cary in 1999. After working with a large real estate company, I decided to work with a smaller firm - Total Source Realty - also in Cary, North Carolina. This was a great move for me, as I learned a great deal more about giving a greater customer service experience. This move also opened my eyes to the importance of giving the absolute best I can when marketing homes for sale. In early 2009, I was offered a wonderful opportunity to join Northside Realty in Raleigh. This position is the best I have been in yet as it has given me the ability to offer even more flexibility for my clients.
