I am Barry Yates, a real estate Agent and Broker with Northside Realty in Raleigh, NC. Since 1999, I have been representing home Buyers and Sellers in Wake and Johnston Counties as well as parts of southern Durham and eastern Chatham Counties including Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, and Clayton, North Carolina.

I began my career as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker in Cary in 1999. After working with a large real estate company, I decided to work with a smaller firm - Total Source Realty - also in Cary, North Carolina. This was a great move for me, as I learned a great deal more about giving a greater customer service experience. This move also opened my eyes the the importance of giving the absolute best I can when marketing homes for sale. In early 2009, I was offered a wonderful opportunity to join Northside Realty in Raleigh. This position is the best I have been in yet as it has given me the ability to offer even more flexibility for my clients.

My desire to offer only the best services led me to enroll in the Advertising curriculum at Wake Technical Community College. I feel that when marketing client's homes for sale, they should get a superior marketing and service plan. While at Wake Tech, one of my projects was submitted to the National Career Development Association for competition. The project won 1st place at Wake Tech, 1st place at the state level, and 1st place at the national level.
